What is your payment process?
We work on a transparent basis: 50% upfront to begin work and 50% on project completion and client approval. For larger projects, milestone-based payments are available. All terms are set out in the contract.
What does hardware development include?
Development covers the full cycle: requirements analysis, R&D, PCB design, firmware development, UI/UX creation, testing, certification (FCC/CE/UKCA/RoHS), manufacturing, sourcing, and support. We can work to your specification or design a solution from scratch.
How long does it take to develop a hardware solution?
Timelines depend on project complexity. For example, developing a WiFi module takes 4–8 weeks, while complex systems such as mesh networks take 3 to 6 months. Exact timelines are set after reviewing the specification.
Do you help with certification and delivery?
Yes. We handle FCC/CE/UKCA/RoHS certification in-house; with our sister company AegisUA we add registration and export-control (including Ukrainian market entry), and Skif Cargo manages secure component sourcing and delivery. This lets us cover the whole path from idea to finished product in one place.
Do you provide post-delivery support?
Yes. We provide a 1-year warranty on all solutions, with free fixes for any issues found. We also offer long-term support: firmware updates, monitoring, and maintenance.
